Most importantly I will tell you how I am inspired to paint my paintings, why I use certain media and materials. As I become more experienced at this, I will be uploading some videos showing demos of paintings from start to finish. I will be sharing with you the stories and personal experiences behind the art and behind the paintings and some how- tos, and tips and techniques in painting.

I count myself as being very lucky in my life that I am able to work in an area I’m passionate about.

I feel now more than ever I’m enjoying my painting as I have more time to dedicate to art since I retired from mental health nursing. I also think this is having a positive effect on my paintings, I aim to create a blog every few weeks and hope you can pop in and become part of my art Network.
